He fought to make payments in the absolute depths of the Great Depression, but the little prototypes he had made of items like ironing planks and ladders had superb potential as children\u2019s    toys. He named this company    Profano after two Danish ideas, leg and godt, which means \u201cplay well. \u201d <\/p>\n<p> In 1958,    he invented the iconic lego brick    with pontoons inside that means it is interlock with other lego items. This cutting edge innovation revolutionized the company and allowed that to grow at an amazing pace. <\/p>\n<p> By 1960s, Seglar had expanded its overseas reach and began manufacturing toys beneath license in North America via an arrangement with luggage company Samsonite. This company also started out selling units with all the portions    wanted to build a certain model, and introduced committed themes which include Space (with astronaut minifigures), Castle, Area (later renamed  <a href=\"https:\/\/lego-x.com\/2020\/02\/05\/lego-stores-use-virtual-data-rooms\/\">https:\/\/lego-x.com\/2020\/02\/05\/lego-stores-use-virtual-data-rooms\/<\/a>  Profano City), and FabuLand. <\/p>\n<p> In the early 1970s, Lego required a dramatic step forward with its introduction of Lego stats that acquired movable legs and arms. The company as well began applying more plastic and presenting larger blocks for younger kids, a sections called Duplo. In the eighties, Lego\u2019s sales    grew at an amazing rate of ten percent every year,    inspite of overall toy industry revenue growth slowing down. <\/p>\n<p> Today, Seglar is a substantial global corporation with revenues of more than $5. eight billion and one of the most    coveted brands in the world,    ranking best on Company Finance\u2019s \u2018Most Powerful Brand\u2019 list in 2015.
